The past 2 months have been busy. We migrated our development onto Google Cloud as it provided the most approachable and succinct platform to create webapps and databases. Not only do we have two working data pipelines and database, we also have a working re-admission predictive algorithm. Using published papers and validated frameworks like LACE and HOSPITAL SCORE, we were able to add social determinants of health (SDOH) into our framework. Utilizing conservative odds ratios for SDOH, we postulate increased accuracy to existing frameworks but also increased granularity for targeting interventional measures.
